Family-friendly hiking trails can be found in the Zillertal as well as challenging singletrails. The 4-star Olympia Relax Hotel in Finkenberg is the ideal place to stay with the mountain bike in Tyrol. The Zillertal is an Eldorado for cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts.

Over steep climbs and gravely serpentines, further over moor meadows, it goes into the unique mountainous alpine world of the Zillertal Alps. The Zillertal High Alpine Road is also well suited for your requirements. In Zillertal, the three-day Zillertal Bike Challenge takes place, in which the participants cycle through the four most famous ski areas of the Alps.

The municipalities in the Zillertal have made a lot of effort to open up the region for mountain bikers, racing enthusiasts and tour drivers. This of course also means that many tours can be controlled via GPS with smartphone or tablet. The conditions in the Tyrolean Zillertal are so good for mountain biking that there is a stage of the Giro d`Italia. The Transalp Challenge is also closely linked to the Zillertal. Likewise, a great mountain biking holiday is a unique overnight experience with a special ambience.

Of the nearly 20 MTB tours that start from here, there are some particularly spectacular and sensational routes. For example, up to the Pfitscherjoch well beyond the borders of Tyrol or to the crystal-clear Schlegeis Speicherersee.
A mountain bike tour of a special kind is the crossing of the Alps over the Gerlos Pass to the Salzburg Pinzgau. The Zillertal Mountain Bike Arena offers 800 kilometers of pure and pure MTB fun on 30 fixed routes.
